2 Minute Break

Ok, I haven't posted squat because I've been overwhelmed this last week. I promise once this major thing is off my plate (hopefully tonight) I will blog away. In a nutshell, I think I've lost a pound, it's hard to weigh myself naked on the scale when I have people sleeping in my livingroom. I'm not complaining, I'm glad they are here, it's just harder. As for exercise, I have a crib in my living room as well so I haven't done anything other then play with the dog outside and try my new jumping rope (I need lots of practice, I could only do 3 jumps, my legs find the impact hard).

This is life in a quick nutshell...

I will post more by tomorrow (if all projects are completed)

Hugs
Sassle!

yeah I entirely ENTIRELY agree with Ang.
Life is too short IMO to spend any time there are there with you "beating yourself up" for not sticking to routine etc.
hang in
hang on
do all you can and CLIMB back on the proverbial wagon when theyre gone.

(and if you need help then you know where to find me!)
